How does it actually work?

Great question! So basically, your calls and messages come to Cooper (or whatever you want to name your AI assistant). Cooper answers just like a receptionist would - knowing your services, your pricing, your availability, everything about your business.

Cooper can book appointments directly in your calendar, answer questions about what you do, and if it's an emergency, transfers them to you right away. Your customers get immediate help, you get qualified leads, and you don't have to do anything except show up to the appointments Cooper books for you.

Is it really available 24/7?

Yep! Cooper doesn't sleep, doesn't take breaks, doesn't go on vacation. If someone calls at 2am on a Sunday, Cooper answers. Most businesses are surprised how many after-hours inquiries they get once they have coverage.

What about the voice and personality - is it always "Cooper"?

Great question! While Cooper has a male voice and friendly style, YOUR AI assistant can be customized however you want. Female voice if you prefer, more formal tone, more casual - whatever fits your brand. We make it feel like YOUR business, not ours.

Setup & Technical

How long does it take to set up?

Typically 2-3 weeks from when you sign up to when you're live. The founder will meet with you to learn about your business, then our team sets everything up, tests it thoroughly, and makes sure everything is working perfectly.

You'll get to try it out and approve everything before it goes live to your customers. We don't rush this - we want it done right.

Can it handle emergencies?

Absolutely. We program specific emergency keywords (like "burst pipe" for plumbers or "no heat" for HVAC). When Cooper detects an emergency, Cooper immediately connects them to you with a warm transfer - Cooper will even brief you on what's happening before you talk to the customer.

What if someone wants to talk to a real person?

Cooper always introduces himself as an AI assistant upfront - we're totally transparent about that. If someone insists on speaking to a human, Cooper can help them book an appointment to talk with you at a time that works for both of you.

Most people are just happy to get help immediately rather than leaving a voicemail, but we totally respect if someone prefers to speak with a person directly.

Can it book appointments in my calendar?

Yes! We integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, and most booking systems. Cooper sees your availability in real-time and books appointments directly. You get confirmations and reminders automatically.

What happens to my existing phone number?

You keep it! We just forward your calls to us, or we can set up a new number if you prefer. Completely up to you.

How do I update information if something changes?

Just let the founder know - price change, new service, updated hours, whatever. We update your AI assistant's knowledge and you're good to go.

You can update your info once per month at no charge. Additional changes are $50-75 for minor updates (like changed hours) or $150-200 for major changes (like adding new services).

What if it doesn't know the answer to something?

Cooper is programmed with everything about your business - services, pricing, policies, FAQs. But if someone asks something Cooper truly doesn't know, Cooper tells them honestly and offers to have you call them back. We'd rather be honest than make something up.

I'm nervous about AI - what if customers don't like it?

Totally valid concern! Here's the thing though - we're upfront about being AI, and customers care more about getting help quickly than whether it's human or AI.

Before you go live, we test everything thoroughly. The founder reviews your business details with you to make sure we have everything right. And we program Cooper to be honest when he doesn't know something rather than guess.

Plus, you can always check in on calls if you want. Better to admit we don't know than give wrong information.

What if I want to cancel?

It's a simple month-to-month agreement — just give us 30 days' notice and you're free to go. No long-term lock-ins. We have to earn your business every single month.

What about the first month free?

Yep! Early adopter clients get their first month completely FREE. Why? Because we know AI can feel scary at first. We want you to actually TRY it with real customers, see the results yourself, and then decide. No risk, just results.

What if I need to make changes after setup?

Your plan already includes 2 minor agent updates per month at no extra cost. For anything beyond that:

  • Minor update (business hours, FAQ responses, contact details, tone adjustments): $75 CAD flat
  • Major update (new call flows, new service type, booking logic changes, agent redeployment): $150 CAD flat

Updates are assessed before work begins to confirm which tier applies.
